Subscription and Payments

Manage your TourPilot subscription.

Subscription Overview

The subscription page shows:

  • Current Plan - plan name and price
  • Billing Period - monthly or yearly
  • Renewal Date - when the current period ends
  • Limits - plan limit usage

Plan Limits

Each plan has specific limits:

Some features are only available in higher plans:

Changing Plans

Plan Upgrade

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select a new plan
  3. Choose billing period (monthly/yearly)
  4. System will show a preview of changes:
    • New price
    • Difference to pay (proportional)
    • Activation date
  5. Confirm and pay
Immediate Activation

Upgrade is active immediately after payment. The price difference is charged proportionally.

Plan Downgrade

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select a lower plan
  3. System will check if your current usage fits within the new plan's limits
  4. If yes - the change will be scheduled for the end of the billing period
  5. If no - you'll see a warning about exceeded limits
Exceeding Limits

Before downgrading, you must reduce your usage to the new plan's limits (e.g., archive trips).

Scheduled Change

If a plan change is scheduled for the end of the period:

  • You'll see information about the scheduled change
  • You can cancel the scheduled change
  • The new plan will be activated automatically

Billing Period

Monthly

  • Payment every month
  • Easier to cancel
  • Higher unit price

Yearly

  • Payment once a year
  • Discount (usually 2 months free)
  • Lower unit price

Payments

Payment Methods

We accept payments through PayU:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • BLIK
  • Bank transfers
  • Deferred payments

Payment Process

  1. Choose plan and billing period
  2. You will be redirected to PayU
  3. Select payment method
  4. Confirm payment
  5. After success - redirect back to TourPilot

Payment History

Go to Payment History in the menu to see all transactions.

Payment Statuses

StatusDescription
PendingPayment created, waiting for user action
ProcessingPayment is being processed by PayU
CompletedPayment completed successfully
FailedPayment failed (e.g., declined card)
CanceledPayment was canceled
RefundedPayment was refunded

Documents

After payment completion, you can download:

  • Invoice - for company payments (with Tax ID)
  • Receipt - for individual payments

Cancelling Subscription

  1. Click Cancel Subscription
  2. Confirm cancellation
  3. Subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period
After Cancellation
  • Access to the system until the end of the period
  • After expiration - account goes into read-only mode
  • Data is stored for 30 days
  • You can reactivate at any time

Reactivation

If you cancelled your subscription, you can reactivate it:

  1. Click Reactivate Subscription
  2. Subscription will be resumed
  3. Automatic renewal will be active
