My Organization
This page allows you to manage your tour organization's data.
Page Access
- In the sidebar, click My Organization
- Requires TOUR_ORGANIZER_VIEW_OWN permission to view
- Requires TOUR_ORGANIZER_EDIT_OWN permission to edit
Organization Data
Basic Information

Organization Logo
The logo is displayed in:
- Mobile application
- Backoffice header (optional)
- Materials for participants
How to change the logo:
- Click the edit icon (pencil)
- Click Select Media
- Choose an image from the media library or upload a new one
- Click Save
Logo Recommendations
- Format: PNG or SVG (preferably with transparent background)
- Size: minimum 200x200 px
- Proportions: square or horizontal
Editing Data
- Click the pencil icon in the top right corner
- Make changes in the form
- Click Save
To cancel changes, click Cancel.
Mobile App Links (Super Admin)
These fields are visible and editable only by Super Admin:

Dedicated Apps
Some organizations may have their own branded versions of the TourPilot mobile app. These links are used instead of default system links.
Data Encryption (Super Admin)
Section visible only to Super Admin. Allows management of encryption keys for participant data.
Encryption Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Enabled | Participant data is encrypted |
| No Key | Encryption key has not been created |
| Disabled | Global master key is not configured |
Actions
- Enable Encryption - creates a new encryption key for the organization
- Rotate Key - creates a new key and re-encrypts all data
Key Rotation
Key rotation causes re-encryption of all participant data. This operation may take some time for organizations with a large number of participants.
Organization Card View
Two sections are visible on the page:
Left Column
- Logo - organization logo preview or placeholder if none
Right Column
- Contact Information - email, phone, address, website
- Additional Information - Tax ID (if provided)
- Encryption - status and key management (Super Admin only)
