Account Registration in TourPilot
Registration in TourPilot is free and takes only a few minutes.
How to Start
- Go to tourpilot.app
- Click the Get Started button
- You will be redirected to the Backoffice panel
Step 1: Create an Account
On the login page:
- Click the Sign up link
- Fill in the form:
- Organization name - name of your travel agency or company
- Email - we'll send an activation link to this address
- Click Start registration
After submitting the form, you'll receive an email with a link to complete registration.
Didn't receive the email?
Check your spam folder or wait a few minutes. The activation link is valid for a limited time.
Step 2: Complete Registration
After clicking the link in the email:
- Enter your details:
- First name
- Last name
- Password (minimum 8 characters)
- Confirm password
- Click Continue
- Read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Click Accept
Your account has been created!
Logging In
After registration, you can log in to the Backoffice panel:
- Go to backoffice.tourpilot.app
- Enter your email and password
- Click Log In

After logging in, you can:
- Create your first trip
- Explore the dashboard
- Invite team members to your organization
